- Duration: The estimated duration for each service is provided upon booking. Actual time may vary depending on the condition and size of the property.
- Access: The Customer must provide safe and legal access to the property for our cleaners at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Fees and Payment

- Payment Terms: 50% Payment is required upon booking of service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
- Late Fees: Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days may incur a late fee.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee. Refunds are processed at our discretion, depending on circumstances.

- Preparation: The Customer should ensure the property is reasonably tidy before our cleaners arrive. Excessive clutter may prevent us from performing our services effectively.
- Pets: For health and safety, pets should be contained or secured during cleaning services.
- Valuables: The Customer should remove or secure valuables before our arrival, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
- General: Pocket Maids is committed to delivering high-quality service. However, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from using our services.
- Damage Claims: In case of accidental damage, we require notification within 24 hours of service completion. Pocket Maids will review each claim and, if deemed liable, may offer repair, replacement, or compensation at our discretion.
